Lazzoni was highly recommended by my realtor and I had pleasure of working with Maxwell and Behzat and Lazzoni Design Team at Madison Avenue. They were patient, and kind showed me all the possibilities, we stressed comfort was the most important but we wanted our apartment designed to meet luxury design and architecture of the apartment building 111 West 57th street. They host my daughter and friends to come down and see the design, they were kind and patient. They were present in installing the design, I didn’t have to worry. They did a fantastic job with delivery. You can come in LAZZONI Madison Design Team and here they can take you by the hand and do a great design. I can now confidently show my apartment. You don’t have to know anything, it’s the whole experience from start to finish, they visit the apartment, take the measurements and develop the design, be present during the installation. Lazzoni was recommended to me by a friend not long ago. As I walked into their shop on Madison Ave., I was immediately greeted by attentive and professional staff. Their furniture is tasteful and elegant, but what caught my eye were their sectional couches. Soon after I expressed interest in learning more, the staff swiftly produced digital renderings of what various models would look like in my home using software I had not seen before, showing me how different fabrics or shapes would change the look and feel of my living room.

After a few tweaks here and there, we came to a custom model that has now become the center piece of my home. It is a magnet for compliments. The friend who recommended Lazzoni to me is an interior designer and lauded Lazzoni for the quality and design of their furniture -- and he was right. My sectional is fantastic, undoubtedly the best piece of furniture I have ever owned. It is carefully designed, unusually comfortable, the fabric soft and resistant, and the moveable back rest is particularly convenient.

I truly could not be happier with my purchase and know it is only a matter of time until I return to Lazzoni. Thank you to the sales representative Berrak who assisted me in the design of the couch and the delivery/assembly team for their professionalism.

We really love our new Lazzoni furniture. I passed by the store in a taxi and took note of what I saw in the window, then some time later, when we finally decided to redecorate, we came into the showroom. Everyone was friendly and helpful; Biriz Oskar, our Project Manager, was particularly so, assisting us in narrowing down options but ensuring that we absolutely got what we needed and that it would fit into our NYC apartment. She designed the space, sent drawings, and revised as we measured it all out. Biriz and the team is responsive and friendly. And, most important, the pieces are lovely - exactly what we were looking for but fully bespoke to our space and taste.
