We had a great experience at La-z-boy Scottsdale. Our salesperson, Dena, was very knowledgable and helpful in selecting the right couch for my parents. She was very patient, also explaining and answering all our questions about a lift chair for my dad. When she found out his current La-z-boy chair is still under warranty, she suggested we have it serviced before buying a new one! It was obvious that she was happy to make a sale, but not at the expense of the customer. This means a lot to us! After we bought the couch, my mom had second thoughts. We went back to talk to Dena but she wasn't in. Ray helped us, and he was terrific. He addressed my mom's concerns in a fair and helpful way and now my parents are the proud owners of a beautiful, new La-z-boy couch. We returned to this store after buying my dad's lift chair four years ago and this is why. Helpful, friendly, fair staff who do their best to satisfy their customers! Thank you, Dena and Ray!

We bought a Trouper Power Recliner Sofa With Power Headrest as well as a matching Trouper Rocker Recliner. Alex was amazing to work with. After discussing our needs she provided us with so many options. She kept in contact with us to update on delivery while we awaited our new furniture. If we need anything else in regard to home decor we will only buy from Lazy Boy and we would absolutely work with Alex again. Thank you Alex!!!!!

I worked with Alex Bombardier over at least a two week period and purchased a sectional which I am excited to have delivered to my home in January.
Alex was so friendly and very helpful. She could tell I was really struggling with my decision and suggested she come to my home with Jill to help me make the selection for size and fabric. That made all the difference.
I still had some struggles with my final decision but Alex was more than patient with me and always friendly and supportive.
I recommend you ask for Alex when you go to the store on Scottsdale Road. She is excellent!!

What a great experience. Our sales person, Janice, couldn’t have been easier to work with. We had lots of questions and made several changes and she was able to guide us through all of it and make the process as painless as could be. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy and Scottsdale.

Bought a Lazy Boy recliner last winter in Scottsdale … as a snowbird am only in Phoenix 5 months a year. So used the recliner sparingly for a couple of months this spring before encountering problems with the mechanism. Although Still under warranty, they charge me $250 just to come out and tighten a screw in the back that took less than 5 min.
Lousy rip off service. They don’t stand behind their product. Will never buy one ever again.

Customer service from ‘the Greek’ was top notch. She was cool, laid back and yes she did try to push a little sales but not in an obnoxiously forceful way. She read the situation on when to step off. I wish all sales crew were like her everywhere!
Still waiting for my recliner, but should be here next week 🤞
