We purchased two powered recliners. The day they were delivered, we noticed the leather backing on one had a large wrinkle and stretched the corner. The delivery men told us there was nothing they could and we should call the gallery. Called the sales department, sent photos and requested that the chair be returned. We were told they would schedule a technician to examine the chair. We found later that week that there was a missing bold/rivet on the foot rest which caused it to drop about 6 inched on one side. Four weeks later with two changes in the scheduled time, the technician has not showed up. See uploaded photos. Do not trust these sales people or the company. They do not stand by their product or follow through with customer service

On August 23rd, me, my Aunt Danette and Grandma went to the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries at 270 W El Paso Ave in Fresno, CA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Store Manager Teresa Tadlock was very kind and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend this location. The staff is amazing and eager to help. We love our new sofa and ottoman so much!

shittiest after care ever! i bought a recliner nearly a year ago - fully loaded with beautiful fabric - the chair has a major design flaw. they sent out two different techs for a total of six times to fix the problem with the chair and neither could fix it and i still have a designed flaw chair. this company is working with furniture solutions for a repairs. this co. gives you very little feed back as to why they can't fix the chair, but very eager to send a different tech several weeks later that still can't fix it, but will say "they have a lot of different things they can do to make it right, nearly a yr later and its not made right. there stall tactics are very noticeable. they put your orders off two to six weeks out - even longer and say they will call or email with updated info and never do. liz is really good at that. they are stalling to allow the warranty to run out so they don't have to fix my very expensive, designed flawed, fully loaded recliner. by the way the the chair is not comfortable at all. the sales clerk, jenni, you'll know her when you see her by her "self kept" over-processed bleached, uneven haircut that is long and straggly. she is the biggest liar. when she sold me the chair she assured they would make any chair as comfortable as the floor models - well they didn't. she tried to back pedal with an excuse of. when a chair is built it may take time to break in. almost a yr and the chair has proven her a liar. beware people - they lie to get ur money and do the absolute opposite to make it right. if any one reading this can recommend a lawyer that will challenge lazy boy/furniture solutions in court, please send me their contact info. i feel that is how i will get my chair resolved.

People were very nice and eager to sale. It’s been a little over a year and the spring broke on the manual couch that is used by company . So not used hardly at all! The spring broke while we were sitting on the electrical couch! It’s 75$ for an assessment then 100-125 and hour to fix it!! We spent thousands of dollars on this furniture. It shouldn’t be falling apart!! I thought that lazy boy furniture would be a lot stronger and better constructed. That’s why we bought there. We wanted to have our furniture for a long time!

Worst quality control. Seam in cushion separating in first 2 weeks & Lazyboy will not cover warranty. I will never buy from them & strongly recommend to avoid. Had warranty & they do not cover. Stay away. Avoid.

Teresa, the store manager, was amazing to work with. She was kind, answered our questions and showed all our options but was not pushy in the least. Felt guided to make the right choice for me and my family. We ended up getting the Mackenzie Sleeper sofa.The quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return for future furniture pieces.

Received new chairs today which took about 10 weeks to get here. (bought beautiful rocking recliner chairs with electric and remote control) They are comfortable and look great in my room, but one chair makes a terrible grinding sound when it goes down. We had to call and schedule a repair on a BRAND NEW chair. The chairs were supposed to be inspected before delivery. The chair was most likely “tweaked” during delivery.
Update: The repair person came out within a day and made an adjustment on the springs underneath the chair and the noise stopped. Very easy fix and the repairperson was excellent and understanding.
