I was planning to buy a new bed and had canvassed in several different stores but ended up buying this one at la furniture store because the quality is good and the design is simple which I like. I just placed an order for it so I'm still waiting for the delivery. I hope it will be delivered soon

My bf bought furniture from this place last week on clearance it had a few scratches that are not that noticeable at time of purchase but that is not a big deal. It's a large L shaped couch that cost about $1,800. However, since then the faux leather on the couch is starting to rip in various places. All we have done is sit on it and watch TV a few times and it's already coming apart. The warranty doesn't cover this type of damage but to me this is not normal wear and tear. Me and my bf have no pets or children that could scratch it. Clearance items are not refundable as it says on their receipt. It's ridiculous they sell these cheap quality couches and don't even let you return. I tried calling their number listed online and its not in service. Don't buy from this place it's horrible quality.
