To be honest, I would not have given any stars except for the fact that the staff is always amazing. The problem is with their new “no pet” policy. Cletus(the pup that always greets us) , is no longer there. The reason? Someone complained about him. To the owners, I have to say, your math doesn’t add up unfortunately. You have alienated a large portion of your customer base and potentially lost thousands of dollars, over a small group who hardly frequent your store. Part of the reason so many people love your store is the pet friendly policy, down home experience inside, and your small town staff vibe. This isn’t the “big” city and offending the whole for the cries of the few is not a good look for a long standing neighborhood business. Cletus and the other pets…we’re part of the warmth and allure of your store. I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears because myself and a lot of the local businesses I deal with feel the same.

Rented a trailer today and the lady was rude and ignorant. Only reason I used this store as my father had this same issue in the past was it was the only rental store open today. On top of it half the trailer lights didn't work and had to repair. It's really weird that the response from the owner is the the same as the previous post,but I haven't heard anything from them. When you rent something you do leave contact information. Was contacted after leaving the trailer early Monday morning as I work by 5am, and was contacted by them as if I wanted to continue to rent from them they had to inspect the trailer. I never even used the trailer because I didn't need to use as my job ended up being longer as expected. Never got a word in as she was being rude. I recommend this place as not to do business with. Rude and not polite at all. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!

Went to try out today again as previous has been awful trying to rent trailers. I was looking for a few bolts for a project and service as always was rude and ignorant. Not ever going back and going to tell everyone I know not to do business here!
