We had an excellent, no-pressure experience purchasing furniture for our new house at Konto. Jalal was excellent, practical, and professional. I really like that they are able to hold our furniture until our house is finished. We have not received our furniture yet but we have purchased from Konto in the past and have been very happy with the quality and delivery of the furniture.

Went to 4 furniture stores in the area- this store was the best. Purchased a bed frame via the brick clearance only due to the price point. The sales person Mr Feild was exceptional, liked him rt away. Other stores such as the Brick I was either ignored or are too pushy.
The furniture ? is also absolutely superb quality. With a small child it’s just not for me rt now.

Right from dealing with Omar at the store to delivery with Mike and Tracy our experience was fantastic. Omar did not pressure us and went way out his way to help us at the store. Mike and Tracy also went out of their way at delivery respecting our house while they set up our new table, putting pads on everything and assisting us as we placed everything where we wanted it. Great shopping experience. The store was bright with different kinds of lighting (warm, cool, natural) so we could see the fabrics in the light we have at home. The selection and quality are great and there was no pressure for a sale - very helpful and patient, and let us take our time.

Jalal Llano was excellent to deal with. He was helpful and answered all questions yet was did not employ a high pressure to make a sale, which we appreciated. His replacement Peter Field was also a pleasure to deal with and was responsible for finalizing the sale. The distribution centre personnel were organized, efficient and helpful. All in all a very good shopping experience.
