My 2 bathroom projects included 2 defective items and 25% of items on back order. In short, defects, delays happens, however I expected full service i.e., assistance with getting replacement for the defective items, and returns. The signature store is a 3rd party that simply makes the sales, and if there are issues, the store refers you to their online Grof system or suggests going to Kohler. Best to deal directly with Kohler in all product purchases vs. 3rd party seller, Kohler Signature store who does exactly that just selling, and no support with returns, defects and or other full level of service that one expects.

This is a long overdue acknowledgement of the outstanding support I received from Mr. Jose Ruiz and Mr. Gustavo Ledezma over the past year. My house in DC was undergoing a full renovation and I needed everything from house fixtures to tiles to cabinets to a full audio system. I have been in many other showrooms (i.e. Porcelanosa, Home Depot Design Centre, Ferguson, etc) prior to setting foot at Kohler in Bethesda but never received this level of dedication elsewhere.
As I explained my needs, Mr. Ruiz listened carefully and took me around the showroom to propose a few solutions with a thorough demo and explanation of the bath faucets to the toilet bowl to the shower system. I can’t be more convinced and purchased most of my fixtures at Kohler. Mr. Ruiz’ knowledge of the products, excellent interpersonal skills, and patience won me over. He also mentioned that Grof also offers full house audio system and put me in touch with Mr. Ledezma.
I evaluated several installers prior to meeting with Mr. Ledezma and everyone offered very complicated solutions that did not integrate or were distinct from one another. Mr. Ledezma demoed a few solutions and recommended a fully integrated audio system using Sonos on two floors that was easy to operate. The results are simply outstanding, and I cannot be happier. He knew that I was working on a tight deadline with the electricians and more than once hand delivered whatever is needed to test the system on time. He was very flexible, patient, always available for questions, and did the installation flawlessly. He showed me how to use the system in a very simple manner, but it is the way he dealt with me as a customer and an individual that set him apart from others - it’s the little things that sometimes matter the most beyond his competence and high level of professionalism.
Mr. Ruiz and Mr. Ledezma carefully partner with their customers to ensure great results, consistently going the extra mile. This attitude does not go unnoticed and will hopefully take them far in their career. Although Grof is a big company, these gentlemen managed to provide very personalized service and take pride in their work – a rare occurrence in this day and age. The store is always a pleasure to visit.
I am an extremely happy customer, and highly recommend Mr. Ruiz and Mr. Gustavo to anyone going through a house reno project.

This morning I called and talked to Teresa. She had such a great attitude over the Phone that it made my day. She was so helpful in finding out if y'all had a faucet that had been phased out by Kohler.

When we initially contracted with the store and availed of their design team to design our bathroom all was well. The design was approved and the tiles ordered - the tiles took a while to arrive, which we were prepared for. On delivery, we noticed that all the tiles were not delivered and ​had the ​remainder delivered. ​Following the design we had the tiling completed, but found that almost half the tiles were left over​. ​ ​Sharing pictures of the bathroom with the Manager, we​ questioned as to why​ we had 10 boxes of tiles left over and why​ so much was ordered in the first place. They have no answers for us. The company continues to ignore our emails. We asked that the tiles be returned since we had no need for them and they were ordered by the store and not directly by us. No answer​​. Highly unprofessional.

The showroom is amazing, especially due to their excellent staff.
Design Consultant: Amber Nelson has been wonderful. She has been very helpful, talented, and knowledgeable. Ms. Nelson has answered my questions even before I know what I need or want to know. She is very patient and understanding.
It's also great to have everything in one location.
I appreciate and love the Kohler/Grof approach.
