Kohler Signature Store - Denver, Colorado

While on a quick trip to Denver, I made a stop at this Kohler Signature Store. Zorana helped me design my bathroom remodel within an hour. She’s a wealth of knowledge and made the process a pleasure! All items were shipped to my home. I recently had a small issue with a leaky handheld shower-a quick email to Zorana, and by days end…problem solved! The store showroom itself is beautiful. Very deserving of 5 stars all the way around-product quality-showroom-staff professionalism-after the sale assistance!

Purchased the 5529- NA steam sauna through Kohler showroom, along with $20k+ worth of faucets, wall mount bidet-toilet, tile and other finishes. Sauna worked great for first three years. Looked solid totally enclosed with stainless steel. Very little dissolved solid in water supply but we ran Power clean (what better way to waste 40-50 gallons ?) annually per instructions. Two weeks after warranty expired, float valve finishes rusting enough for water to creep in and fill it, rendering it useless. Interior of box corroded. In addition, manufacturer cross threaded nuts on float assembly so stud breaks at weld when trying to remove it. Kohler, who is “Inspired to Delight our Customers” tells us “ We apologize for the inconvenience. The 2.0 version of the generator will be available for purchase later this year.”

We won’t be replacing this corroded piece of art with another Kohler. I have another bathroom remodel to do. It has a whirlpool tub. Given their intensely indifferent Customer Service, I doubt very much I will buy another Kohler product.

PS. I have to upgrade the review abut because Kohler has made good on their promise to reimburse us for the cost of the steam generator. Thank you Kohler for at least abiding by your warranty. It is on us to install the replacement unit (generator and control) which appears to be in the range of $3600-$4000, excluding labor.

We worked with Zorana at the Kohler Cherry Creek store to help us select materials for our primary bathroom remodel. We presented her with an inspiration photo and she did an amazing job of creating an updated and gorgeous Spa feeling bathroom while staying exactly within our budget.
The tile we selected for our shower was delivered and it was warped and chipped. Zorana and her manager went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to get the tile returned and replaced with another tile as quickly as they could so that our project was not slowed down.
We highly recommend working with Zorana and Kohler In your remodel process. They are absolute professionals with excellent design skills!

Kohler products are fabulous but the customer service at this store could not be worse. I ordered materials for a kitchen and bathroom remodel two months ago. I paid extra for quicker delivery of some pieces and they came on the same timeline. This store provides no tracking information and will not update on any information unless you contact them first. Even then they only sometimes respond.
