We had a great shopping experience. Friendly, no pressure and nice selection. Salesperson Terri was very personable. Purchased on the weekend and delivered 50 miles away in under a week. Delivery drivers Griffin and Micah communicated well and were here as promised. They never hesitated in assisting in moving our existing lift recliner to another room. Very professional and friendly service start to finish. Thank you!

We bought a bedroom set from Koerner's and the salesperson showed us different ideas and was very informative about the product. When it came time for delivery the two young men Griffin and De'Anthony came in the house they shook our hand and introduced themselves. They seen that we were moving in and asked if they could lift anything heavy for us because were are both retired. We didn't need help but it sure was nice to see that kind of service. Had an amazing experience purchasing new furniture here at Koerners.
Polly and Terri were amazing. They answered all of my many questions and were extremely kind and patient.
When delivery time came Micah and Griffin were extremely professional. I received a call the night before and another call the day of and they were promptly on time.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Polly was amazing in helping us find the perfect couches, coffee table and end tables. The delivery guys Griffin and Justin were great as well! It was a bit tricky getting the old couches out and they did an awesome job! We love our new couches and tables. Glad we stopped in Koerner furniture!
