This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early…yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D. She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

We had waited for years to remodel our kitchen and when it was finally time to begin the process, we were unsure where to start. Kitchens by Good Guys was our first stop, and I knew they would be our last. However, we wanted to do our diligence and spoke with several other contractors. None held a candle to the professionalism, knowledge, quality cabinetry, kindness, amazing ideas and confidence that we experienced with Simone & Emily.

Always prepared, one step ahead and so much fun to work with, this project was a dream because of them! Smooth, on time, good surprises and the end result is fabulous and more than we could have ever wished for. We wouldn't change a thing about our kitchen! Dan, the Project Manager is not only amazing at what he does, but a true joy to work with as are his crew. From start to finish, the transparency, communication and setting expectations of the Good Guys team was spot on.

All of the staff at Kitchens by Good Guys always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Something very rare these days in any industry is to feel appreciated and cared for as a customer. They deserve 10 stars for the phenomenal experience we had! Thank you for our beautiful kitchen!

We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. I can't say enough about their fantastic team! Emily and Simone helped us make design choices for the house and were extremely easy to work with. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for! As far as the remodel itself, we were out of town while it was taking place. Still, everything went better than we could have imagined. Things were done according to a set schedule and the guys took pictures of everything so we could give our input if necessary. The guys were always extremely polite and accommodating. We are so pleased with the quality of work done by Dan and his crew. We highly recommend Kitchens By Good Guys!

Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!!

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.
