Alex and his crew did an amazing job on our tub to shower conversion. They worked consistently from 9am to 5pm every day, even working ALL day on a Saturday just so they could finish the job on time. Their work was beautiful and their communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We recently needed to up-grade the master bath walk-in shower to accommodate special needs for my wife. After meeting Carlos, his wife Sue and their son Alex we knew that we had found the company to do the task. From start to finish, everyone representing the company we came into contact with was a pleasure to deal with. During the construction process Carlos and/or Alex came by at least once a day to make sure all was going well. The work ethics of the personnel actually doing the remodeling work were very impressive. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we are enjoying using it. We will definitely use Kitchen and Bath Solutions for remodeling efforts that we plan to undertake in the near future.

I'm a DYI guy and found Kitchen and Bath Solutions who sold Onyx products, which I used for a bathroom remodel. They were friendly, professional and offered a fair price. After visiting their showroom and selecting colors, we ordered our custom wall panels and shower pan. They stayed in touch with me during the process and the order was delivered to our location ahead of schedule. Everything turned out perfect and I couldn't ask for a better result. You won't go wrong using them for your project!

We were lucky enough to find this excellent family owned business in New Braunfels. We needed to have a bathroom remodeled. Upon meeting Carlos wife Sue and son Alex we knew we were in the right place. Carlos and Alex came to the house at Canyon Lake and reviewed what we needed done then at the showroom were able to help us pick out all the tile etc to get the job done. Once the job started the two man crew came demoed the bath making sure that everything was covered and that as little mess as possible was made. At the end of each day they would clean up everything and head out. The crew was profession, courteous and so easy to work with. Carlos made a point to come out almost every day to check progress and ensure we understood everything that was being done. I could not be happier with the work that was done and look forward to working with them on several more larger projects that we have planned.

We got a bid from Kitchen & Bath Solutions here in New Braunfels. After 4 other bids theirs was the most reasonable. They remolded our Master Bath and Master Bedroom. The Construction Crew was clean and professional. Even though we made changes along the way there was no hesitation to make modifications. The Bathroom and Bedroom came out beautifully. Now we are starting the down stairs flooring and the upstairs bathroom. This is a straight forward no surprises Co. They will be my go to for all my future home projects. John

Update 6/26/19 DO NOT USE CARLOS MERCADO. He will take your money and run with many lies along the way...and 15 weeks since the start of this nightmare. Unfortunately I learned what happens when work happens too quickly and Carlos' workers (Angel, Victor and Angel's son) don't know what they are doing. I'd leave zero stars at this point...things went south very quickly after Carlos asked for 75% of the payment up front to remodel my shower. From leaks to terrible tile work it's happened...and now I'm dealing with a hole in the side of my house.

Do what I didn't do and look at reviews. The same thing other people are complaining about is the same thing you will get...lack of paying attention to detail, breaking things, and not installing correctly what they removed and broken promises to include not showing up time after time...without the professionalism to tell you when they won't be around ex.starting work and stopping and then not showing up for 2 weeks..excuse after excuse I got it.

Stay far, far away from this business. They were unfortunately recommended to me by Eric Nystrom and I 100% regret ever signing a contract. They will take you through their "cookie cutter" showroom but can't do any work that deviates from their samples. Don't let that work fool you as what has happened to me. Promises after promises and never fulfilled along with shotty work. It shows in the pictures.

Carlos is way in over his head. He is unprofessional and will continue to make promises on what he won't deliver.

Kitchen and Bath Solutions was recommended by a friend after finding out we would need to replace our shower due to sewer backup. From the first meeting they were supportive, understanding and knowledgeable, while being helpful in guiding us through the process. They were respectful of our needs and our home. We would highly recommend them to do any home improvements or repairs. And we will definitely contact them if needed in the future.
