Gregory really did an excellent job transforming our outdated kitchen into a spectacular one. Our kitchen had last been updated in the 1980s and was in desperate need of a makeover. We shared our ideas with Gregory, who made some valuable suggestions and was able to bring the whole project together. While my family was out of town for the duration of the remodeling work, Gregory and his team were able to maintain open lines of communication and kept us updated with photos. Despite encountering some unexpected issues typical in older Los Angeles homes, the kitchen remodeling project was completed on time and within our budget by Kitchen & Bath Picturight. Our kitchen remodeling project just got completed and we couldn't be happier with the result. From our initial interaction with Gregory (sales) to the final review with Mason (Production Manager), the entire project and the final outcome is simply outstanding. Gregory paid heed to every single detail that we wanted in our new kitchen and presented a design and quote that, after some minor adjustments, perfectly matched our needs and budget. Gregory and Mason visited our place, took a look at the blueprints, offered some useful suggestions, and set a rough starting date. Communication is key when dealing with a contractor, and they made sure we were always updated on starting dates, daily and weekly plans, daily progress, and any minor interruptions. Any queries we had were answered with specific details, not vague responses. Before the project began, Mason introduced us to Chase (project manager), who briefed us about the procedures and the temporary inconveniences we might face. The renovation started as scheduled. Chase supervised the entire project with his team, which included plumbers, electricians, painters, and cleanup crew, all of whom did everything possible to minimize disruptions. Douglas and Mason did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodeling. They were courteous and always on time. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. Last season, my kitchen was completely transformed and the interior walls were freshly painted. Chase did an excellent job painting the cabinets. Douglas and Mason also did an excellent job with painting the baseboards and repairing any drywall damage. They also installed the baseboards. Another team member installed the kitchen sink, and Douglas and another worker did a fantastic job installing the appliances. I also received great help with the design aspect of the remodel. I'm grateful to everyone for their exceptional work in Los Angeles.
