We had a unique experience with this process! Like most construction projects we had a lot of delays. There were issues with contractors too! When we started working with our new designer Erin Broughton she helped get everything fixed, ordered, and completed! She was so timely in her communication, and really cares for her customers. They used a company called Urban Oasis and their team was exceptional! At the end of the program the owners took care of my family and I really appreciated the way they helped us problem solve. It took way longer than we would have hoped, but our finished kitchen is worth it. We will be using this current team for future projects!

Walked in with my wife and daughter. A few other people were being helped. Not a single word was said to us. No greeting, nothing. We walked the entire showroom. We are renovating in the next few weeks. My wife and I are both business professionals and were dressed accordingly. Even as the other customers left, we were ignored. The only difference I saw is that my wife is black. Even as we walked past the staff to exit, not a single acknowledgment.

My family and I walked in and no one spoke to us, though there were quite a few sales people that looked right at us. The lady at the front door did have a customer, but, there were at least four others that just kind of stared at us without a hello. We walked around for fifteen minutes or so and to my dismay, no one approached us to see if we would like to discuss cabinets or anything else for that matter. I've never experienced anything like it in all my life! We are renovating both bathrooms and kitchen and the website looked great. I was excited to check out. What a disappointment! Not even on the way out of the place did any one of them say word. I just can't get over that one... Oh well. I'll never enter that place again.

Excellent customer service! Very nice people. They didn’t have what I needed at their store (since I needed it asap today!) but they graciously helped me find another store that had the tile in stock. 10/10 I do recommend!!!
