The truck driver of this business pulled out in front of me on a back street where I had to slam on breaks to barley miss hitting him. After this he proceeded to drive up onto the sidewalk and flag be by while yelling things at me through an open window. The driver of this company truck then proceeded to follow me then yell again at me at a stop light. As a women driving alone that is terrifying and definitely does not make me me want to use or recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this business. I found the pricing to be great, the sales team to be great, and the delivery guy to be one of the hardest working, friendliest people I have met. Kudos to Keller for having a good business that obviously treats their employees well. This shows in how the employees treat their customers.

Highly do not recommend this wholesaler /supplier at all . They do not stand behind what they sell ( especially their Bradford white water heaters ) and I would encourage the wholesalers / distribution company not to sell any product to this distasteful company. They will make sure that you look like the bad guys in anyway the can as they tried to with Bradford white. Low down dirty rotten supplier like this. They treated us disgustingly bad ( and we are beside ourselves) I can only imagine how horribly they have treated other people. I will never Deal with anything for Keller Supply they failed miserably! We don't need anything like this anywhere. We will be contacting the Keller Supply's CEO is Nick Keller on this growing problem. As you can see the growing bad trend on this company.

Ordered a Kohler sink paid for in advance.
Box did not include template or waste water plug.
Manager would only give in-store credit of less than 25% the purchase price,
And only after the item was sold in his show room!
Do not buy from Keller!!

They don't cater to mom and pops, only contractors. If you can get off for lunch to go check out what your contractor suggests, you will find them disinterested or even actually closed if it is anywhere near lunch time, their stated hours notwithstanding.
