My wife and I hired KBF to renovate and update our condo. The project included redesigning our kitchen, updating our main living areas, and selecting new cabinets, appliances, lighting, flooring and furniture. We are thrilled with the results. The design team did a fabulous job creating a beautiful and more functional living space. They were wonderfully attentive at every step of the process and were an absolute delight to work with. Additionally, each of KBF's construction contractors (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.) executed the design in a professional manner and demonstrated real pride in providing quality work. While using KBF on our project was not inexpensive, we felt it was a classic case of "getting what you pay for." Each member of the KBF team bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

Working with KBF was a dream. We often talk about not having any regrets about anything done on our home. KBF was able to take our dream and turn it into reality. Their team, Laura, Ashley, Larry were extremely responsive and we truly feel like we gained new friends not only from KBF but from their subcontractors as well. Having never done any major home remodeling before, we were unsure what to expect, but were blown away by the professionalism of everyone KBF introduced us to. We finally have a house where we feel truly peaceful and where the home feels like it should have always been this way. We are beyond thankful for KBF and for them creating the home of our dreams.

Working with the team was incredible; however, their handiwork has not survived the test of time. It’s been five years and our kitchen cabinets are warping and fixing plumbing issues is like a game of wack a mole. We just had to do mold remediation (in my five year old son’s bedroom) from a tub issue that we reported shortly after the project was completed. They blamed the waterfall that came through our ductwork on the AC. We are now dealing with another leak and stained ceiling from the bathroom vanity.

The extra two stars I added are for the creative efforts the used in bringing a truckload of sand to level out our second story bathroom and the steel beam installed to keep the second story level and promote structural integrity.

Ultimately my feedback is awful plumber (five years ago) and terrible kitchen cabinetry. Their framers/drywall, electrical, and tile work is unmatched. Our designer has since left but there is nobody in the business as amazing as she was.

We highly recommend KBF for your bathroom renovation. They renovated our 2nd floor Ensuite and Jack and Jill bathrooms on time and within the agreed budget. They were truly the entire package...design, demo, reno, and finishing touches. We felt Ashley and the entire team at KBF were professional and respectful of our home and privacy throughout the renovation. Our project manager, Larry, was exactly what we had hoped for. He was competent, accessible, responsive, communicated well, and worked through our questions/concerns as they arose. We are thrilled with our family room renovation! We started with a room that was not quite symmetrical...with a small-ish fireplace and a large hearth. Nick Geragi from KBF came over and had a fabulous vision of changes we could make that would enlarge our space and open our family room up to a beautiful view outside.
Now, after removing the fireplace and hearth, we have a wall of large French doors with a transom window over them, shelves and cabinets on each side and a patio outside we'll use year-round. We are thrilled with our new space! We wouldn't have gone through with a renovation of this scale had it not been for our confidence in the KBF team. Larry, our project manger was fabulous...always available for questions and kept us up to date on scheduling and what to expect.
The whole process was "stress free" thanks to the professionalism of the entire KBF team. Our family room now feels like a better fit for us and we're loving it everyday!!

KBF exceeded ALL expectations as they completed a renovation of our master bath. We entered this renovation with much trepidation after having a horrible experience with another local company for our kitchen. KBF was outstanding- their communication, response times, vendors, design team and general staff were on top of everything. The work was top notch. The project manager communicated daily regarding what to expect and was on site almost every day ensuring excellence throughout every step of this project. KBF also was so respectful of our home- setting up dust protection for both the walls and flooring. And, cleaning up after each day's work. KBF is a quality company with outstanding service.
