Highly recommend KB Countertops-Lakeland. Beautiful finished product and they offered excellent advice and guidance throughout the project. Very timely as well. What was most impressive was that there was some miscommunication, no fault of anyone, but they made sure I was satisfied and followed up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. That personal touch is what brings customers back. Great work!!

Raj and his team were amazing from start to finish. Spending so much money on something that you will see and use everyday in your home is not an easy task and I was indecisive, but I was able to see the slabs available at the warehouse before making my final decision. Once I decided the process went so smoothly. Anything I needed Raj was able to answer my questions and follow up with me. I decided on the black quartz with white veining. Although I wasn’t there on site for the install videos were sent to me and the finished product was flawless. I referred a client to kb countertops and all good things were said. Although this was after the install there were some spots showing through the quartz and no idea what would have caused it. Also the black countertop has a cloudy look to it and the person who came out said acetone can help make it shine again, but wouldn’t recommend it often. I would have gotten the white countertop instead because black shows differently. Overall will recommend without a doubt. Thanks Raj and the KB family.
