Ordered and received very quickly 3 leather counter stools. One of the stools was not made properly and didn’t match the other stools. Contacted customer service and provided photos of the issue and they expedited a replacement. Very happy with the product and with customer service.

I can't express enough how happy my family and I are with Kathy Kuo's design services from start to finish. We were fully renovating our new home and were overwhelmed with all of the decisions. Jeri, Elizabeth and the team were able to relieve a lot of that pressure. Jeri really listened to what I was looking to accomplish in each room and was able to grasp my style and bring it to a level I could only dream of. She started with the layout of each room to maximize the space while accomplishing my needs in the space and then would give multiple options for the room including paint color, wallpaper, lighting, furniture, decor and more. So far, during the selection process, ordering process and delivery Gina Jones has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We finally received our order today, but unfortunately, we have one issue with an imperfection on one of the cabinet doors that is on the front of our piece of furniture. I emailed her immediately and sent a photo, and she responded that she had passed our concern on to the claims department. Again, I feel she has attended to my concerns and am hopeful that the company will take responsibility for the damage and repair this for us. If I were to order again from Kathy Kuo, I would definitely ask for Gina!
