It was a wonderful experience working with Kayla to find the perfect couch for my living room. I spent two different sessions in the store to try out different styles and fabrics. Kayla was super friendly, chill and knowledgeable. She bent over backwards to ensure we got the best deal that was right for us. The delivery team was amazing. And the couch itself is incredibly comfortable. Guests say it's the most comfortable couch ever!

I'm a fan of joybird. The furniture that they produce feels solid, and the customer service that I received was fantastic. I had the pleasure of working with Kayla from the LA showroom office, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at joybird furniture. Kayla was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough with all of the questions I had about fabrics and sofa options. And she’s talented in creating a digital rendering of your space with the furniture pieces. This was extremely helpful when making the decision for the colors and sizing. And it came together exactly how I wanted. The delivery team was great, and Kayla’s status updates were excellent.

The showroom had many choices of furniture to look at and test out for comfort and fit. Kayla, our sales associate, was helpful, attentive and not pushy. The sales environment was very relaxed, and we were encouraged to ask questions and try out many styles to get a sense of what Joybird has to offer. We left the showroom with a generous swatch kit, and Kayla followed up with a detailed quote in less than 24 hours. We are excited for our sectional to be here in a few weeks!

We walked into the LA showroom on our way somewhere else but we received not only many answers and details in a short amount of time but we received 2 quotes via email before we even reached the car. Kayla was helpful and so knowledgeable. We wanted to adjust our initial choices and she was accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend the “personal” relationship of the showroom experience. Her anticipation and follow-up makes me feel secure in my purchase.

I visited the DTLA showroom, it was such a great experience. Everyone was spoke, and was kind as I entered. I was helped by Kayla, she was so amazing and patient, throughout the process. I went to the showroom to see sofas and chairs in person, as I was previously shopping online. It was nice to feel the fabrics, see the colors in person and sit on the couches and chairs. Since I didn't have measurements at the time I went to the showroom, Kayla assisted me virtually to help get everything I wanted for my living room. She made great suggestions, on size, color and collection of pieces. I am very happy I had this one on one help with my big purchase. I will definitely shop at Joybird again.

At the Joybird Downtown Los Angeles showroom, there's an exceptional professional furniture designer "Jazmine" who helped my vision come true for the Bryant Modular furniture. 🛋️ This showroom has miniature furnishings to help customers visualize their choice of Joybird furnishings. 👀 I found Joybird on Facebook and keep loving the ads of furnishings. 😍 My dream came true when Jazmine showed me the many options of fabric for my unique personalized Joybird Bryant Modular sectional. 🎨 I love the Crave Berry Hibiscus fabric, the color is perfect for my new home Gathering Room. 🏠 Unfortunately, my furniture order couldn't be fulfilled. 😞 But Jazmine went above and beyond her professional duties to make my dream a reality. 🌟 I am a grateful owner of my own unique design by Joybird expert designer Jazmine of the Bryant Modular sectional. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with and selecting our couch with Kayla. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we picked fabrics that were best suited for our 2 cats and helped us find the perfect style of couch for our small apartment. Everything, from selecting fabrics, purchasing, shipping, and eventual set-up was a breeze. Our custom couch also shipped much earlier than originally estimated. 10/10 we highly recommend working with Kayla and buying from Joybird.

We have been so happy with the whole process of buying a sofa from Joybird. I was first led to their website after reading that this was the best sleeper sofa out there in Real Simple magazine. The customization part was really fun, design consultant Kayla helpfully answered all our questions, provided lots of choices and tips for choosing the style of sofa we needed in a fabric we love. Kayla was really patient and explained our options, we ended up buying a protection plan as we have pets and grandkids—we plan to enjoy this couch for years to come. Lastly, Kayla kept us updated every step of the way from ordering to delivery. I know exactly who to send friends and family to when they ask about buying a new couch.
