Manager was very rude to my kids and to the other lady waiting in line. I will go to Ogden next time I have to go to JoAnn’s. Her name is Margaret. If my kids were being bad I would have handled it but they were just standing next to me. I will not go there again.

Workers are nice when they are present. Good selection. I needed a color of yarn and they were the only ones who had it. I also got diamond paintings on sale for a good price!

Called twice because I needed to know if they had a certain zipper slider size. I understand it's a specific question and it takes time to check. If the information was available online, I would not have bothered to call. They hung up on me both times after leaving me on hold. If you're that busy, just say so and I'll figure out something else. Like any body calling to confirm availability, I'm trying to save driving 40 min. only to find out you don't have an item.

I really enjoy coming here. The staff is very helpful and I like the selection of fabrics and trims. There's always coupons on the app (of which I partake A LOT). While some of the products are more expensive than Hobby Lobby or Walmart (scrapbook items), their selection of higher quality fabrics and trims beat out our local competition by far. I certainly recommend downloading their app for coupons and rewards.

My husband was shopping around for some vinyl, for the seats, in his car he is restoring. He found what he was looking for and was totally impressed with the store!! They also have a very impressive fabric and craft supply selection. Also, you can make monetary donations to the 4H program here. It is well worth a donation, if a child can learn life long skills!! The staff was friendly and had knowledge of their products.
