I am a frequent local shopper of Ivy City. It’s basically become my second home! Everyone in the showroom is so accommodating and friendly! They know me by name and treat me like a good friend or family! Just the customer service makes Ivy City worth shopping! But, the clothes and dresses would sell themselves! Super high quality fabrics, a variety or styles and prints, and my number one stop for modest fashion! I can’t recommend them enough! Love, love, LOVE!

Fabulous showroom! It is organized nicely. The dressing rooms have the BEST mirrors with lights. The attendants helped pull different sizes for dresses, shirts, and skirts to help me find my right size. They complimented me, and even used my name. I had the best time, and wished I could visit every new release and try things on. I will be back as soon as I can!

I love Ivy City Co dresses! They are high quality and have great sales. Occasionally I’ve experienced loose threads or a broken zipper, but their online customer service is fantastic and always makes up for it.
Sizing in this brand is difficult - I have Ivy dresses in every size from an XXS to a Large. So it really helps to try on the dress. Because of this, I try to go to the showroom even although it’s quite a drive for me… and try on several sizes so I know what to buy.
But it feels like I’m inconveniencing the girls in the showroom by asking for different sizes to try on. They sigh or roll their eyes then take forever to bring the dress out. Which feels off because I’m about to potentially spend a couple hundred dollars on some dresses?
Their online presence is very kind and charming though, hopefully the showroom presence can someday hopefully match that as well <3

This was an amazing experience. The girls were all hype girls and made us feel so good. We found both the mother do the bride dress and get away dress!! 2 dresses in 1 stop. Killer!!! Lindsey was a doll and helped us out.

It's a beautiful place with a great atmosphere. You have to be patient when a big sale is happening because it gets busy. Otherwise they are really fast. Great CS.
