We have recently done a complete refurbishment of bathroom, ensuite and wc. After much trawling around online, showrooms for our replacement fittings with mixed success I was getting frustrated. I chanced upon island bathrooms in a Google search.
We went to their showroom in Salisbury. It's a very good showroom not least because there's a lot of stuff there, much more than other places. The staff were helpful. With our prepared list of requirements we walk through every item, decided and ordered.
Delivery was scheduled to meet our installation time table.
Very happy with the ordering process.

Very pleased with all items delivered and the delivery itself.
During installation we had an issue with one item, not I might add caused by Island Bathrooms. A shower screen leak, a manufacturing issue. Island after a bit of discussion refunded.

Overall very good experience. In particular being able to feel and touch the things being bought. Very competitive on price.

I have used Island bathrooms on several occasions now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are competitively priced, have a fantastic showroom and more importantly the staff are patient and so very helpful. On this occasion I spoke with Jamie Lingham and he was just fantastic! Thank you Island Bathrooms (Jamie), it’s so refreshing to receive excellent customer care and such a professional service.

A very impressive showroom with so many displays, we had difficulty choosing as various options were available to us at very competitive prices. The staff were incredibly helpful and Kirsty Walters who assisted us with our bathroom design, went over and above with helping us to make our final decision and was incredibly efficient with all correspondence. This is the 2nd time we have used Island bathrooms for complete bathroom refit. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to designing our new bathroom. The price for all items needed was very good too. Seeing the bathroom items you have designed/ picked out on screen is also helpful. He was especially patient when our 3yr old was being a bit mischievous.

We found Ashley very helpful and informative during our visit to Island Bathrooms Salisbury. We were unsure about which type of shower door would be best for our bathroom, and his clear advice was very helpful.
I would also recommend popping in if you are looking for tiles, they have a good selection add great prices.
