I placed my order in August and it is now November going on December and I still have not received my order. I received ONE email update in september about a shipping delay and that was it. They stated in the email that shipping would start October 15 and I still did not receive anything. The beginning of November I reached out to customer service about an update and they say shipping would start November 15…. Okay I waited it out….. November 15th passed and I reached out again and they said shipping should start November 20-December 1…. At this point I wanted a refund because they keep pushing the shipping date back… when I asked for a refund they stated that because the item was already paid for they cannot cancel my order but can give me a discount code….. sweetheart…. Do you think I would shop with yall again after this ITS A HARD NO!! It is not November 25 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION! I am beyond frustrated! And I see they are doing this to quite a few people after reading the reviews! This is not right! I have ordered from them before and did not have this problem… now it’s just giving #scam

I placed an order August 27 2023 have yet to receive my order. The backorder date continues to change. I have emailed about my order and have not received a response at this point I would rather receive a refund . I have placed other orders in the past with no problem. Will not be ordering from this company again. Who has $132.60 to just give away.

I ordered on August 25th and it is now October 1st and my order has yet to be fulfilled! I did contact customer service yesterday, and I’m waiting on a response before I file a dispute with my bank. This was at a sale time so idk if there are too many orders to where they can’t keep up but this is definitely bad business! No matter how good it fits if it takes this long I don’t want it!!👎🏾 I won’t be ordering again! EVER

Ordered a dress in August it is now December, no product and I clearly have to file a chargeback to get my money on top of poor communication with this business. I do not recommend this business to anyone! It’s definitely giving scam 🗣️
