Iron Horse RV was great to work with. Since my RV repair was not a high priority for me they freely indicated when their “slow” season was. I checked back with them at that later date and they were able to complete the repairs in a timely manner and a fair price. I will definitely use them in the future.

Called them up because I know a great guy and he will help you anyway he can. Kent is the best. We was looking for a 20 foot aluminum trailer tilt. He said I have a great deal for you. $16,000 trailer for $10,000. Needless to say we bought it. It is new but it's last year's but fine with me. Go see Kent if you need any kind of trailer.

My 5th wheel was hit at a campground and my slid was damaged. Among other issues. Iron horse did an outstanding work my unit looks great like it just came off the showroom floor. Not just the work but the way they worked with my insurance company and the manufacture of my unit that took the stress off my shoulders, that within itself was outstanding work.

These guys were great! Davy was very helpful before we even visited the dealership. He answered questions and sent dimensions. All of it was critical for helping us decide to make the 3+ hour trip to buy the trailer we were looking at. Chris basically sacrificed seeing one of his kids hockey games to help us get the paperwork finished. By the way Chris, thank you, but try not to make a habit of that. Those kids grow up way too fast.
The guys on the parts counter were very nice and did all they could to help us get on the road. The guys in service stayed late, too, to help get the trailer prepped and ready to go. It really was a team effort in their part. Thanks to all of you.

We think the world of everyone we worked with designing and ordering our new park model. I can say it wasn't without a few snags but Mike, Ken and Dana went above and beyond to correct the issues. You can purchase something and that ends the relationship between you. But with Iron Horse the relationship continues after the sale and you feel heard and that the relationship continues long after the sale ends!. I highly recommend Iron Horse RV and Trailers. You won't be disappointed!

Garrett, Austin, and Hadley were all great! They got me the 4-horse trailer I needed and they got it fast. They even did a little finish work on it to make it just right. And the owner of the place, Mike, is a great guy; as honest and kind a man as you’ll ever find. I will definitely do more business with these guys in the future.

Everyone at Ironhorse RV and Rexburg are just all amazing people their self staff their front desk, The service writers and their shop team management up there is just amazing people. They wanna make sure that you’re taken care of properly. They go the extra mile to make sure things are done right make sure that you are completely satisfied. They’re just an amazing company. amazing people I would recommend anybody go see them for their next RV. They’re just absolutely great people.
