Staff is very helpful and useful. Prices are fair compared to other shops. Great place if you are looking for plumbing items. It would be nice if their website would allow to shop online. Also it would be nice to be able to see items for customer (some of them can be seen - they are on the shelves) without asking about them by the counter, but that's just how it is in many similar hardware stores. I'll give 5 stars anyway, because I don't know better shop in Cork for plumbing needs.

Waited in there for 20 minutes to be approached by a sale person. In the end I had to approach someone who said he would help me. I needed a bathroom ware schedule for 3 bathrooms. After waiting another 10 mins I was told "eh there's no one around sorry as they are all training can you come back this evening "...

Shockingly overpriced. Every non electric shower at least 50% over priced. Compared and asked sales person for best price, would not budge. Will certainly not be getting ripped off here. €1700 vs €740 elsewhere. Over €700 vs €405 on another shower.

I would give IITC 5 stars for customer service, advice and range of products. The staff couldn't be more helpful and nice to all customers, not just trade, but public too. From a big order to a small order, they are the best staff to deal with.
