Sometimes when one buys an item of luxury, there comes a moment of doubt regarding the necessity of the purchase. The quality of our spa (Limelight Pulse) is an industry known fact: all the positive reviews are are earned and true. What we could not have known is the quality of service and support we received, from the authentically nice and professional guys that delivered our tub (and hauled away our old tub!) to our wonderful sales representative (Tracy!) who answered every question I had (most coming over the weekend!) as I balanced my water. In conclusion, there is no doubt about it: great product and great organization of people behind it. Ecstatic about our purchase!

After a horrible experience with contractors, we decided to shift directions and go the route of swim spa. Joseph Cantu was our rep and was amazing. First off, we had many questions and his knowledge of the products was next level. Secondly, after lack of trust from our prior experience, he had patience and understanding on the way we asked questions and re-asked. Most importantly, we provided a customer experience that is lacking in many businesses. His kind approach, patience, and professionalism is 100% on point. If this the standard for your business, I will make sure everyone I know about your company.

Lastly I am happy with guidance through all steps of the process. Their coordination with the concrete, electrical, and crane makes this a one stop shop!

Hello - to answer your question as to why 3 stars....
my rating is due to owning my tub for a year and being on my 3rd or 4th warranty cycle for faulty side panels. They've been off more than on and look terrible bc I have to tape them to stay put and not get the now ripped insulation layer wet. With over a month wait time, each round has been a terrible experience. Gave a few stars bc the tub works. Would love to talk to someone about an actual solution for this and plan to call my sales person today bc not smart to leave my info here on Google.
