This is the worst company/ people to deal with that I have ever experienced. If zero stars was an option they would receive it! My problems with them go back 2 years because of their terrible customer service, passing the buck & complete negligence. My builder used them for tile, I would never personally choose them, & after a short amount of time the bathroom floor tile started to come up along with chunks of grout. I spoke with Jessica who scheduled Dan to come out & look, he confirmed it was a problem with installation. They said they would call me back to correct the problem, then for 6 months, crickets. No communication at all. No returned phone calls or emails. Finally I spoke with Melissa who then passed me off to Jeff and was informed my warranty was up. Of course it was up no one ever got back to me. I asked if they would be willing to split the cost because it was their error and they informed me that was not an option and their work stood for itself. I then replied that they were saying the quality of their work was only good for 2 years. Then he snapped back no that’s not what he was saying at all. Terrible company and worse customer service.

I work as project manager for a custom home builder in the Boise area. We decided to give Interior Logic a chance to order our tile for a home we are building that has has 7 bathrooms. We started selections Sept 2023 with a wonderful sales rep, Jon and they all knew up-front we have our own tile employees and didn't need labor on the bid. We thought the designer was pretty easy to work with but we were concerned she wasn't giving us any direction concerning costs. The frist estimate for the fireplace and master bathroom came back within 3 business days and it seemed to be a decent price point. One of the tile selections was very expensive but our customer liked it and we reduced the amount where we were going to install it.
We decided to move forward with ILG and sent our customer in the showroom to work on selections again. Around April they "downsized" their staff and we lost our good sales rep. That's when everything went to pot! The designer was now upset that we didn't need tile labor on the estimate and she said she wouldn't give us the drawings of our selections. (And it was true..she didn't give the drawings) It took 5 weeks to get the second bid back and they knew it was time to order tile. I tried to at least order the tile for the master bath and they wouldn't order it because they were adding the additional selections to the first bid. I told them every day they stall and won't give me the estimate, it gives me another day to find tile somewhere else.. they still continued to drag their feet and was putting me in a bind! Thank goodness our customer was being sympathetic about what was happening. They meet me at Daltile and start making different selections. The day ILG finally gave me the bid we were already installing tile that I purchased from Daltile.
As a project manager, I'm proud that I picked up on the red flags and that I was proactive! I was able to keep the job on track by selecting tile someplace else.
By the way.. I tried to call the corporate office in CA to explain what happened and calls over 3 days were picked up by an answering machine. Not one person spoke to me nor returned a phone call.

I built my house a little over a year ago. Since day 1 we have had issues with our flooring. Since I had a 1 year warranty on my home, I kept having to scheduled times for ILG to come out and look at the floors. They said, they have never seen so many cracks in the flooring on a new home. 4 different times they came out, insisting every time that it was fixed.
I now have yet another issue where I have a massive crack in the flooring in the kitchen (which seems to be the biggest issue area). They said just kick it back into place with your foot. So, I tried that. But then it creates a massive crack on the other end. I also have floor panels popping up because the glue used did not work. I tried to call ILG and the number I have for the rep I was using who said "even after your warranty ends, if there is any problems, you call us" Well, that number is now disconnected. I call the number on Google, and it is now a 1-800 number that goes straight to a Voicemail. I have left numerous messages, with no response. I am never going to suggest this company to anyone. I don't know who is worse, Hubble homes for hiring this company to do all of their floors, or, the flooring company who was not giving us a quality product.

I cannot believe how incompetent this company is. I have had to reschedule them over 5 times over the course of 8 months due to their inability to communicate with their sub contractors. I have never seen a company that keeps screwing it up like Interior Logic Group. They just ripped up one of our showers without ordering the tile to redo it. It's really unbelievable. How can this company still be in business? DO NOT DO BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T COMMUNICATE!!!!!

ILG went above and beyond with customer service. My new house had a fridge leak and the floor needed to be pulled up to dry. I contacted ILG to see if they would do the reinstall since they put the floor in when the house was built. Pat went out of his way to work with me since they usually work with builders and not homeowners directly. The work was done well and quickly. Pat even tracked down my cabinet style and helped me get toe kicks and trim I needed.

The all time worst installers ever. Our LVF was installed in our new home in Eagle. From the beginning, the flooring started lifting at the seams, buckling and it was obvious there were many areas the flooring was improperly laid. We put in a warranty request via our builder (Solitude Homes - read my review on their work in Houzz). For over 10 months we went back and forth from the warranty department at Solitude to Interior Logic. Fingers got pointed back and forth with us suffering with NO solution. Ridiculous excuses were given to us ("all floors are like this", "there is really no issue") which was insulting to say the least. It's now been 13 months and guess what? "Sorry, you are out of warranty". I could NEVER ever recommend this company to anyone. At this point, I would not be surprised if Home Depot installers would have done a better job! Such bad business to refuse to help the customer!
