My Wife and I bought a Caracole bed for our guest bedroom, and the white glove service was impeccable. We showed the super friendly delivery drivers what room to set it up in and they removed all the original packaging and even helped move our dresser. From start to finish five stars all day!

The sideboard we ordered looks nothing like the website and is a totally different material and color. They tell me they refuse to accept any returns, even if I cover shipping costs. Like other reviews say, this place seems to be a scam selling cheap furniture for inflated prices. Do not order from here.

I live out of state but visited the showroom, which is merchandised so beautifully, you can really see a LOT of inventory on the floor. I came across a FourHands piece that I loved and worked with Chris and his team to get it to Miami. Chris and his team provided excellent, hand-ons customer service each step of the way. I received my piece even earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I now get to enjoy a super unique petrified wood side table in my home. Thank you so much! I'd definitely recommend stopping by the showroom too, it feels good to be able to support a small, local businesses! A+

Ordered a $5,200 sofa from them and did not realize the heights were to the top of the pillows not the sofa itself. Let them know as soon as we could after delivery (got it on Friday at 6:05 ET). They were unwilling to work with us at all for an exchange or a refund. Now we have a $5,200 sofa that we don't use. I will never buy from them again.

My go-to for luxury design and amazing service ! I’ve purchased my bed, dining room table, art, massive garden statue and more from Interior HomeScapes. Why go to a bunch of designers when this Team can go and do it for you! I live in Las Vegas and delivery has always been exactly as expected. The staff are attentive, and the owner has such a good eye. I have enjoyed working with them so much I made sure I went to their showroom in Atlanta on my last trip to the city. Highly recommended! In fact I wish there was a sixth star I could give them.

Disappointing Experience with the Balmoral Mailbox

I ordered the Balmoral mailbox from Interior Homescapes, which was installed by a professional mailbox installation company. After installation, I noticed the mailbox was unsteady. Interior Homescapes insisted it was due to poor installation, so the installers returned and followed the provided directions exactly. Unfortunately, it still wobbles.

The issue seems to stem from the design of the mailbox itself, not the installation. While the mailbox is aesthetically pleasing, I recommend looking for a more secure option. If you expect a hassle-free experience, you might find ordering from this company acceptable; however, I encountered significant difficulties. Their claims department was frustrating to deal with, constantly placing blame on me and the installers. Additionally, they only communicate via email and are unreachable by phone, as they work from home.

Overall, I would not recommend this company.
