This is my first time working with this firm. I am so grateful I chose them. They were professional, responsive, detailed, on time and always had answers to my questions. I appreciate them being patient with me as I'm always indecisive . I love that this firm was able to bring my vision to life and giving me the warm living room that I wanted. The execution of what I wanted would have taken about 3 to 4 months. Maxine was able to get this done in 2 months. I would definitely work with Maxine again. It was an amazing experience.

Beware. She was unresponsive, unprofessional and incapable of managing a project. Her contractors didn’t show up for months because she redeployed them and didn’t order materials. She mismanaged billing and would have had me grossly overpay the contractors all so that she could collect her fee. When issues arose she was abusive and hostile and incapable of accepting any accountability. There was no design board, project plan or billing / accounting process. I had to manage it all myself and pay her $50,000 for doing her job. Very disappointing experience.

I first used Maxine Shriber about 6 years ago. I came to see what a great eye she had for style, she helped beautify my entire home!! Maxine chose the furniture, paint and accessories and each time I saw an incredible transformation. What I love about Maxine is not only her taste, but the fact that she is a perfectionist. Her follow up and pride in her work has always impressed me. As she worked with the construction people she always checked every single detail!
