Amazing outcome. I worked with Shawn and Nancy on putting hardwoods and railing on my stairs, catwalk, and into my family room. They were able to match the wood from my original floors and they did an excellent job. Shawn and Nancy stayed with our budget and we are very pleased. They were very professional and communicative throughout the whole job. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

We’ve worked with Sean and Nancy on two different occasions. First time was to renovate our bathroom. Sean is good at listening to your needs and making suggestions to improve on them. We are very pleased how our bathroom turned out. The process was fairly painless with a few hiccups along the way but Sean was able to work through them.
Second time, they replaced our siding, gutters, fascia and painted the window trims. Again, very easy process, all we had to do was select the colors and get HOA approval. They found 12 pieces of rotted plywood, which Sean communicated to us, they also added a vapor barrier to bring the home up to code. Both times prices were very reasonable and work was good quality. I recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Disappointing Experience with This Dealer

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this dealer. They offer services for building small space extensions, promising excellent materials and workmanship at a high cost. As a customer, I expected a perfect outcome.

However, after signing the agreement, they compromised on quality by using cheap materials and hiring inexperienced builders. As a result, I had to intervene and correct the builders' mistakes, essentially guiding them through the process.

When I brought these issues to the contractor's attention, he dismissed my concerns and asked me to communicate directly with the builders. Eventually, they completed the work and left.

Unfortunately, we soon discovered water leakage issues and had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed. To add insult to injury, they charged us again for fixing material for the repairs.

Months later, we noticed that the material used was ripping out. I requested the dealer to fix it, but he blamed me for the issue and refused to assist. It's been five months, and I'm still waiting for them to rectify the problems with my property.

Sean worked with us to pick out the best flooring for our needs, and within our budget. His installation crew was top notch - skilled, professional, on-time and left our home better than they found it! We are very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them!

Shawn and Nancy are wonderful to work with. We have done about 5 jobs with them of various sizes and just recently about 2,000 square feet of hardwood floor install plus two stairways being sanded and stained to match.
