Just as well that they are going out of business. Perhaps that is why they provide such bad customer service. Horrible company; they cancelled my order after they told (3 weeks ago) my authorized Austin-based dealer that they had 30,000 square ft in stock and that I would received order in 1-2 weeks. Huh?

7/8/21 time: 4:20 pm. I just experienced terrible customer service there. There was a blonde lady( didn’t get her name) probably in her early or mid 40s in the front and the entire time I was there, she was sitting at the front desk in a rush organizing papers. I am currently remodeling my home and I’m very inexperienced since I’ve never remodeled anything before. I was checking out the wood look porcelain and ceramic tile and I had questions about them. The entire time she answered my questions from her desk as she was organizing papers. I understand that I made it there close to closing time but they need to understand that some people have to work during their business hours. I rushed to that store right after work only to be rudely asked to leave by this lady( I will update with her name when I call to find out tomorrow.) I kept myself from asking another question because I quickly noticed she wanted nothing to do with me so Instead I called my remodeling guy to ask him the questions I had. As I was talking to him to make a decision on which tiles I should ask for samples for. She rudely interrupted me and said “Ma’am we are actually closed already and I am going to lock the door.” UNBELIEVABLE! they just lost at least a $5,000 purchase!! Definitely will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

I've been in a total of three times the guy in the sales area that I worked with actually two different ones were super friendly and helpful ....customer service desk not as friendly and helpful as one would think they could be. Talk to one particular person twice first time she was semi friendly second time semi helpful not terrible but I guess my expectations are a little higher than most and a customer service format

Best access is from I-35. Showroom is super well organized and manager Danna was patient, knowledgeable, budget conscience and offered me some design considerations. This company offers many MADE IN USA products that compete well with traditional imports. With locations in Houston, Dallas Austin and San Antonio, much inventory is already in Texas!

I’m shocked by the negative reviews here. I’ve only been once, had the opportunity to linger and touch everything, and when I was ready with questions and service it was great. They gave me samples to take home, we discussed the products and my desires, and ultimately I had two bathrooms done using Interceramic and I have zero regrets with my tile selections and I’m about to tile another room. I adore their products and feel lucky to live in a place with a showroom.

We're just finishing up a primary bathroom renovation. After searching MANY of the tile stores in this area and in Austin and bringing home LOTS of samples, we somehow chose all our tiles (bathroom floor, shower walls and shower floor) from Interceramic. There wasn't any plan or need to choose from one source but we happened to find the tiles we liked best in one place. Our contractor had good pricing here which helped.

The tile seems to be of decent quality (to this layperson's eye). Only a few were chipped, so easy to use those pieces in cut areas. There's minimal lippage. We did have many more duplicates than expected given their face count specs which is too bad but worked around it to some degree.

Danna and James were patient with us and helped us with a ridiculous number of samples considering the relatively small residential job.

There are lots of choices in town and you should obviously visit at least a few, but we recommend taking a look here for sure.

Extremely poor service, we've had 2 incorrect deliveries of special order items. Our project is delayed 1 month. There is no internal process for reconciliation of issues. Attempts to submit issue to customer service online are unsuccessful. The end customer is clearly not a high priority for the Interceramic Co.
