We did a large scale remodel and needed multiple items for baths and kitchen. Michelle was incredibly helpful in directing us to choose the right products for our lifestyle, and in making sure things went right from start to finish. We have ahd a couple of manufacturer issues following our project completion, and Michelle has been very responsive and helpful, when the issue was not to do with Infusion, per se, by putting me in touch with the right contacts, and handling some of the more difficult conversations. Devin, in the showroom, has also been very helpful a number of times. We can't recommend Infusion enough! We will absolutely be back for future needs. Being able to have a person to handle difficulties and walk us through what was a BIG deal project was priceless, as compared to a big box store. Thank you, Michelle!
