Makila was phenomenal. Always love my experiences at Indochino but she was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Turn around time is not my favorite because they said like 3-4 weeks but I heard they’re shipping from China or some shit Idk. But they could ship from Mars and I’d still go to Indochino!!!

Had a great experience with Makila for a full suit fitting. She was very patient and helpful explaining the options for a fully customized suit. She helped me pick out what I needed and can’t wait to see the final product. The seating area was also very comfortable for my wife and nephew that waited the hour while I got fitted.

Amazing experience for many reasons. Customer service was extraordinary from all the phone calls leading up until the end of my fitting. I am getting ready for my wedding and Indochino has me and my groomsmen feeling ready and confident. The detail we were all able to put into our suits was beyond expectations. Maklia, was great, professional, friendly and most of all patient. We went through all my measurements and spent a great deal of time discussing fabrics, colors and my occasion for buying this particular suit. The complimentary whiskey and tequila was great. I couldn’t make up my mind in the store and had to run out before I did but I just placed my order online and looking forward to receiving my suit. Thank you Makila
