IKEA Plan & order point with Pick-up - Southlake - Southlake, Texas

This is IKEA, but in turbo mode. I walked in, got my order, and walked out so fast it felt like I’d unlocked some secret cheat code for furniture shopping. No crowds, no lines, no endless wandering—just straight business. Perfect for people who hate decision paralysis or long lines.

My friend, however, thought he was coming to a full-sized IKEA. He showed up with a stomach ready for Swedish meatballs and dreams of getting lost in a maze of showrooms. Spoiler alert: no meatballs, no maze. He left heartbroken, clutching his car keys like a man who had been betrayed.

So, it’s amazing for efficiency. Just warn your friends it’s more “plan and go” than “shop and snack.”

Easy and fast to pick up online order. Easy to build items, but dresser was missing pieces, but after a few days they were able to send the missing pieces.

I’ve placed orders here twice and had a good experience. Antonia helped me both times and was very helpful and kind. I don’t shop at Ikea often, but I would much rather order here than through one of the giant stores!

I went through the entire process of measurements, planning, and building of a kitchen at the Southlake store. Then when my delivery date came part of my items were missing so I notified the store. They order the items again and still partial of the items still didn’t come. So when my install date came I didn’t have all of the items. So the install company recommended that I go to the store and purchase the items again to finish the job. I had to go back and forth 2 times from Colleyville to the Ikea in Grand Prairie to get missing items or the wrong item that was ordered. On top of the inconvenience trips to get the items that was missing during the process of the install I was charged more than what I was quoted. And to top it off after the install was done I had over $600 worth of extra materials that was over ordered during the planning stage that I didn’t need or the installer said it was unnecessary to use. I contacted the store several times in regard to my complaint and still no one has done anything to take care of my concerns. Even though i love the kitchen and the finish product, I probably will never be using IKEA services again due to all of the misfortune events that took place. However I did want to note that Abir and Leigh Ann both were very nice and professional during the planning and building stages.

Basically an IKEA showroom with just a few small items in stock. They have sample rooms set up and desks where you can meet with consultants to order products. But where I found this location to be valuable is that you can order items online and pick them up. No need to drive to the regular IKEA store and deal with the craziness especially on weekends. You are.ina d out with your order in minutes.
