My second time shopping for A King Size Mattress has been horrible, well the first King Size mattress I bought from Ideal Furniture was a fair price and nice decent mattress we were happy with our first purchase, however our second time was nothing like our first experience.
This second matters we bought by finance has been a nightmare, first of all the mattress were delivered by two intoxicated men, we also realized that the "mattresses are NOT NEW", AND THEY HAVE INCREASED THE TOTAL BALANCE BY ALOT SAYING THAT IT'S CAUSE OF THE INTEREST RATES, THE MATTRESS ORIGINAL PRICE WAS $599.99 WITH THE FINANCE IT CAME OUT TO 768.79 8 HAVE PAID $420.00 AND IDEAL FURNITURE CLAIMS I OWE THEM A BALANCE OF $383.79..
THE LADY WHO CALLED ME TO ASK FOR 5HIS MONTHS PAYMENT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND KEPT TELLING ME THAT WHAT I WAS SAYING TO HER WAS NOT TRUE, IN OTHER WORDS CALLING ME A LIAR. VERY DISRESPECTFUL LADY.

Honest opinion. They dont keep you updated on your order. They try to avoid pulling up your payment info to see if they can get you for not having a receipt. Thought it was just me but an asian couple went in upset one day asking why they've been dodging their calls after weeks of waiting for furniture.
The opinions in the comments are probably relatives or friends. Maybe not tho. First and last time buying from here. Also, they have better deals in other places. Furniture places all over Fresno dont have your best interests. Shop w someone that has a good system.
