Walking in the front door Emily J greeted me right away and helped me find a mattress that worked perfect for our sleep positions. She was very knowledgeable in each mattress she showed me and let me know about the warranties and the 30 day sleep trial since my husband and I have very different sleep styles. I was having a bad hectic week and her demeanor and personality and willingness to find the perfect mattress Brightened up my day and took alot of stress away. She made picking out a mattress fun and not stressful. The next day I returned and was greeted by Emily O and once again this other employee greeted us quickly and seemed like mattress outlet was the best place to work. She quickly got out mattress for us and helped us get it loaded. We were in and out within a couple minutes. Hands down best place.

I came in on a whim to look at a new mattress as mine is coming up on being 20 years old. Emily O met me from behind the counter and was very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to work with me around my work schedule as I'm only in town on the weekends and there normal delivery window might not work with my time frame. And was willing to help with making a delivery work on my time frame. She was super nice and great and amazing will be coming back for a mattress once figure out delivery just because of her.

My wife went shopping to look for a mattress she went to so many stores and left disappointed. well she walked out of this one happy. She said Emily J helped her find the right mattress for us. Emily wasn't pushy at all, like other stores. While my wife was telling me about the mattresses Emily had told her about, Emily was finding other mattresses that could possibly work for us that hadn't been put out on the sales floor yet. She went above and beyond to help my wife. I went the next day and another employee Emily O was there and she was very helpful and got out mattress and helped us load it. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Emily J was really nice and amazing because she let me jump on the bed, The bean bag was really soft. I recommend getting your mattress here because Emily J knows the best value and comfort.
