Del is very personable and understood exactly what kind of mattress I needed to mollify my lower back issues. He helped me arrive at a price point that delivered the quality I required. The mattress I selected was several hundred dollars below my last mattress that failed me way under it's promise of lifespan. Del and his wife delivered my new mattress in person. I walked into Idaho Mattress with no intention of buying a mattress at that time. I’m merely wanted to try out one of the new memory foam hybrid to see if I even liked them.
We were greeted by the store owner, Dell who proceeded to treat us like we were the only customers in the store. His kind, witty demeanor and extensive knowledge on the industry were very refreshing. To make a long story short in my wife and I quickly purchased a bed I never thought we could afford with very low monthly payments and 0% interest.
I highly recommend Idaho mattress. Support local. Ask for Dell.

We were on the market for getting a split king bed with adjustable head and foot settings. I had performed lots of research and was almost settled on getting one online through Amazon. We were apprehensive about how a hybrid mattress would feel and decided to check out Idaho Mattress (which we noticed while getting lunch at a nearby restaurant). Del was amazing!! He answered our questions and told us all of the details about beds/mattresses that we needed to know. We did not buy that day, but stopped by the following day just because of how much he made us feel at ease about this purchase. UPDATE: 6/16/23
Unfortunately, after sleeping on my new mattress for several more nights, my back pain returned. The mattress was too soft, and Idaho Mattress didn't have a replacement I wanted. I called them, and they said they would pick up the mattress and refund my money, which appeared in my bank account two weeks later.
