I had a great time looking for furniture with Tatiana Zelaya this morning. She was able to show me a variety in my price range and helped me select my living room, bedroom and dining room.

Associate Love Lewis made selecting our new sleeper-sofa one of the easiest and best experience in any furniture store. I had my mind set on a certain sleeper-sofa for my man-cave. Not only did she take the time to show me what I was looking for; she also suggested certain other models I may be interested in. Sounds normal right. But, she did not just show me items that were more expensive but items she thought would fit the design and be comfortable while I played on my PS5.

There was no sales pressure or " gotcha " moments during the whole process. She followed up on paperwork and ether answered or returned every call I made. I was able to text, email, and sign documents through email. She was honest and clear about warranties, delivery date exceptions, and most important the amount of money I would spend.

I plan on returning so Love can help with the purchase of a mini bar and message chiar if the wife gives me the ok.

I normally do not do reviews but, Love Lewis professionalism and true Customer Service made me want to let everyone know. Make sure you ask for her when you visit the Hudson store on East Colonial Dr.

Nicole has been outstanding to work with from the moment we called, interested in a new table. She showed us many tables, and when we couldn’t find one we were interested in, she helped us with a custom design and even came to our home with her design manager, Rob, to choose the right wood and fabric.
