Absolutely hands down the BEST experience I have had!

I bought my house April 2024. I wanted to wait and see if I had any issues... Guess what? I HAVEN'T! I had a couple of smaller issues that they took care of with no problem at all.

I am so impressed by the construction that my children our considering a Hubble Home now!.

Jim H and his team from Hubble Homes walked me thru my house and took the time to show me everything! Every time I saw them driving around they would stop and ask if everything was good with the house! ... I absolutely love that! ... they take pride in their work, and it shows!

The sales person was Keila F. She was great informing me of all promotions going on. She was on top of everything.

In short, I would buy a Hubble Home again!

I’ve had issues with water in the crawl space since the first year. I reported the issue and got a lack luster response from the rep saying it’s normal and will get better over a few years. 4-5 years later it isn’t any better and has soaked into the insulation and the exposed wood is damp.

Hubble doesn’t honor their warranties. When they do they are extremely cheap about it. I tried working with them, but won’t communicate with me since the first year is over.

Otherwise the home is maybe a solid 3.5 stars outside of the crawl space.

My clients just closed on their home in the beginning of June. I know some builders in the Valley and know that most of the time, the quality of your home has a lot to do with the quality of your construction manager, not necessarily the Builder itself. Tom Cooley is not just a great “hands on” manager, but his customer service and quick response to every single need my clients had during the building process, made my client experience with Hubble, a great one. I recommend Hubble, but I definitely recommend Tom. He will do his best for you to get the best final project.

I would never recommend anyone buy a Hubble home. The sales process was a disaster. We had water pouring through the ceiling within two weeks of moving in. The warranty department was prompt to try and address the problem. Although the repairs were subpar and we were told it’s just cosmetic. We have to wait until the 11 month mark for drywall to come back and fix the wall. I am not impressed with the quality of the home. If I could go back I would not buy a Hubble home.

Horrible experience!! Against recommendations from dozens of home owners and multiple red flags I proceeded with purchasing a Hubble build. I assumed experiences were unique to the other buyers but after a small group of us all lost our deposits due to various issues I learned that Hubble has a track record for retaining deposits and ongoing construction defects. In the middle of my purchase Hubble sold to a Japan based company and the purchase process and communication was horrible. We are collectively out over $50k in deposits and Hubble unilaterally cancelled our contract. When we first purchased one of the sales reps stated “we kept deposits” on several homes on the same street. I should have ran then, but I moved forward in good faith. I’ve been in the real estate business for over 15 years and I’d never buy from them again or recommend a client to purchase from them.

Absolute trash workmanship and accountability. Our community has had issues with drainage and irrigation leaks and they blame the home owners. Multiple emails have been sent by the community with no resolve. They don’t care how much was spent on homes and what issues THEY have created. They indicated that they have tested all irrigation lines but how’s that when they capped them off a while ago and now the grass in the common areas is dying but yet they still want $500/yr in dues (hoa doesn’t care either and keeps pointing fingers at Hubble and then blames the community as well). DONT BUY A HUBBLE! They don’t care about you once you sign your life away!

Concrete driveway looks like Humpty Dumpty. Terrible quality. Have been working on getting replaced but just a nightmare dealing with warranty team. Even on other issues they took care of response time was poor. I would not buy from them again and in fact have steered away a family member looking to buy from them recently because of my poor experience with them.
