Had Hayden come out to inspect my air conditioning system before summer hits. He was extremely professional, inspected both the attic and system itself. The technician had images of my system, had suggestions on keeping everything functioning as it needs to, and suggestions to make my system cleaner and sanitized. He gave us a reasonable quote on having the attic topped off with blown in insulation. I purchased my ac unit in 2020 from then and have been very happy. I’ve used Howard Air on multiple occasions and the technicians always do great.

My technician Gabriel Figueroa was very professional. He worked late hours into the evening to complete the necessary repairs to my A/C / Heat pump system to meet the 10 day inspection period before closing of escrow on my home. I really appreciate the extra hours Gabriel put in to meet my deadline. Gabriel wrote a very detailed explanation of the work performed to meet the buyers expectations and that the systems were operating efficiently. I highly recommend Howard Air and will be using them to service all my properties.

He was professional, courteous and was extremely patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. What a wonderful experience. When the technician arrived he was very courteous and explained what he would be doing. When the work was completed, he showed my pictures of every thing he had inspected and what he had done. The work and explanations were very thorough.
He then asked if there was anything else that I needed. I did have a problem getting connected to the schedule for heating and cooling times. He worked with me for quite a while determining where the problem was and resolving the issue. I was not just satisfied, I was impressed! Thank you.

The team at Howard Air is amazing! Always professional and friendly! My Techs Henry and Casey were excellent! Very respectful and neat and clean! The scheduling staff was also very friendly and set my appointment for the very next day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Howard Air to anyone needing repairs or a new A/C unit.

Isaac did an outstanding checkup and showed us his diagnostic evaluation results and thoroughly explained them to us.

Ariel, the tech, was very professional and explained the results of his work and the condition of our units. He was respectful of our home, wearing booties when he was in the house. I would be pleased to see him the next time we have service.
I also want to compliment Trevor, the plumbing tech. He drained our water heater and checked its condition. He explained things and offers some maintenance tips. He looked at the shutoff valves and will provide an estimate to replace them (plastic) with more durable ones.
