I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company.

My order included a bed frame and a slatted base. The slatted base was delivered with missing parts, and the bed frame was missing the back part, but included two pairs of legs by mistake (like a bad joke). It took three weeks to receive the missing parts for the slatted base, and I am still waiting for the back part of the bed frame.

When I reached out to address the issue, their response was unsatisfactory, and they refused to offer the promised discount, which they initially mentioned when I complained about the missing parts.

This entire experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.

Die Montageanleitung für den VidaXL-Markenschrank, den ich auf der Home24-Website gekauft habe, ist völlig nutzlos, es gibt keine Maße. Der angekommene Schrank enthält etwa 50 Teile und keines davon trägt Zahlen, Buchstaben oder ähnliche Markierungen. Man muss es komplett durch Raten zusammenbauen und das Ergebnis ist eine große Enttäuschung. Es ist mein dritter Montagetag, ich habe den Schrank dreimal zerlegt. Obwohl ich gut im Zusammenbau bin, ist es schwer vorherzusagen.
