This company is very caring and conscientious and thorough. I have worked with them now three times. I highly recommend them to anyone and will work with them again. They delivered a chair to me 4 years ago and just recently a sofa and dinette set. Unfortunately I had to return dinette set but they were extremely understanding and accommodating.
They are impressive from: the floor manager, the sales team and the delivery personnel. They all work as a team and a family, which is good in a town like cottonwood.

I love the selection of quality furniture at discounted prices. I also appreciate being able to customize (color, fabric, etc) of certain pieces like couches. John and Jason are helpful sales associates. The biggest selling point for me is the furniture delivery team. Frank, Oscar, Shawn, and Steven are highly professional, courteous, and careful in delivering furniture within tight time frames. I highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Went into the store looking for a recliner and ended up getting a reclining love seat. Jeff was the salesman who helped my wife and I. I can not say enough good about how he treated and helped us out. I will definitely be going back to purchase furniture in the future from them.

Wanted to share my latest experience with our local furniture store.

In September 2021 we bought a SoCozy couch from them with two of the 3 chair sections having recliner/ massage/ heat etc. It had a one year warranty.

Within a few months a remote on one of the chair sections failed. They ordered us a new remote under warranty.

A few months later that remote partially failed - but it still reclined so we just lived with it for a while.

Fast forward to November 2022 - the remote completely quit working and now the warranty was over. And very unfortunately for us, the recliner was stuck in the 'out' position.

I called the store and explained the story and what was happening along with a request to replace the control unit since it was having ongoing remote control issues. They said yes it was out of warranty but they'll do anything they can to help.

They called me back very quickly and said parts were on their way. A few weeks later we got the remote and the controller unit. Unfortunately the recliner portion still didn't work even though the rest of it did. So another call over to Home Furnishings Direct.

Again they came through for us with parts on the way.

Yesterday they replaced the recliner mechanism for us and it worked! Now our couch is 100 percent again (first time in months! ).

To be honest I did not expect a fix for no charge on this because it was out of warranty. But they did fix it for us for only a signature.

So a serious kudos and THANK YOU to the people at HFD for their professionalism, speed of service, and complete willingness to take care of our issue especiallywhen it was no longer under warranty.

You guys are amazing and we will be back for as long as you keep giving us this type of service. Thank you!!

Oh and you made the cat very happy too 😄

Don't use these shady guys. Not the first time they pulled a bait and switch. Sold us a bed with no box spring then want to charge an additional $240. I definitely will not be using them anymore.

Jeff helped me find my dream chair today. He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. He didn't hover or annoy as had been my past experience in furniture stores. I'm very much looking forward to the delivery!

Though it's been awhile since I've made a purchase from Home Furnishings Direct, I give it 5 stars.
We've made 3 separate purchases, couch and chairs, a special chair for my handicapped son where we saved over $1000 and then end tables and coffee table. All were on sale, customer service was outstanding.
