I would like to thank Barry! He was very helpful, patient and understanding! Couldn't have asked for a better salesmen. My mother found a rocker/recliner, got to pick out color and fabric she liked and is very excited to receive her chair! He took the time to explain and help her with all questions. My 2 friends and I walked into HOM in St Cloud to search for furniture as we had just moved to St Cloud from the Twin Cities. We were immediately greeted at the door very kindly by Jakob. He was always ready to help us when we needed any kind of help. Eventually, we bought a dining set, a sectional couch, and an office chair. Jakob helped us load our car with the office chair. Very helpful staff they have got here in St Cloud store. Will recommend them to my friends.

I interacted with Kate Graff a few times within just a couple of weeks. I was originally looking for a couch for my house and very indecisive at first; she was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. I pivoted to getting my mom a rug that brought some light to her tough day and she helped me with the purchase and it was quick and easy. Kate was incredibly personable. I will be back soon for a couch and will definitely work with Kate again and I suggest you do the same!

We stop in at HF in St Cloud to get some ideas for replacing our out date mattress. John G. was super helpful, very knowledgeable about all the difference in mattresses and the adjusting frames. He was very patient with us as we tried out many different mattresses and explained the features of each. If you are thinking of getting a new mattress, we would highly recommend checking out HF and asking for John.

Our experience at HOM Furniture was incredible. We worked with Danny at the Saint Cloud location! Let me begin by saying we had two of our daughters with us, very energetic and anxious as they’re young. He was kind and considerate. Danny went above and beyond from the minute we met him! He was able to find a couch and loveseat that would fit in our living room, we were concerned as the width in the doorway to living area is only 29”. He took the time and located a couple different selections. We also decided to purchase two full size beds and frames, as well as a coffee table, after meeting Danny. They had cookies and soda/coffee for customers. Absolutely delicious. Checking out was quick and painless. Overall, I strongly recommend others purchase from HOM in Saint Cloud, Danny was the best of the best! I have never been this content with a buying process. We will be going back for additional items in the future! Delivery only took less than 2 weeks and they were proficient and pleasant! You won’t regret going through them!

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Item was in stock and delivery was promised within 4 days. Sales rep called shortly after I left the store to let me know that there was an additional $100 savings that would get credited to my card. Great experience.
