We purchased a leather sectional a year and a half ago from Norma. She was awesome then and all this time later. We contacted Guardsman to file a claim for animal damage which is covered by our plan and they would not stand by the warranty we purchased. There is no way to appeal when dealing with guardsman. Their customer service is awful. I contacted Norma and she spoke to her manager. Not only did she get us a replacement piece, she did it quick. It's being delivered tomorrow. Very grateful to Norma and to the Haverty's manager. Will definitely be back for our next piece of furniture.

Norma was excellent, informative, and attentive on several visits prior purchase. She was very instrumental in the decision making process. We are more than satisfied with the purchase and excellent customer service provided. So much so, we will be back soon!

Update (09/12/2024) - Our furniture was delivered and wow! Not only are we in love with the product but the service provided was exceptional! Rich and Andrew (if I spelled their names wrong my apologies) were awesome! We will request them for our next purchase. Awesome job all around to all those who were involved and we thank you all!

Terrible experience. We purchased a full size bed and night stand for a guest room. The furniture was delivered damaged after 4 months of waiting. The delivery people put a hole in my wall, and tried to touch up gray furniture with a purple marker. Customer service just said sorry.

Review update: Havertys Furniture replaced each piece that had knicks. The delivery guys apologized for the hole in my wall and were very careful. Also, customer service did refund my delivery fee. I will change my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

What a lovely store. We had the best salesmen, Jay. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through the store paying special attention to our request. He promptly sent us an email with our selections so that we could refer back to it when making our final decision. He was witty and really made the experience of picking out furniture less stressful. The store was well organized , very clean, and brightly lit. There were refreshment offered. Great music played while we roamed the store. Wonderful experience.

Norma Hernandez greeted my wife and I when we entered the showroom and introduced herself and asked us our names. We told her what we were looking for and she assisted us all the way asking questions on our home decor, colors we would be interested in and the type upholstery material that would best suit our needs. My wife and I chose the Denver Glider Recliners and Sofa in the ivory color. Very nice and comfortable. No high pressure sales. Norma was very professional, friendly and extremely pleasant.
