The service was helpful. The patron cleaned and inspected my pearl necklace quickly. She helped me pick out an anniversary gift that my husband and I liked.
My only complaint was that the inventory now carried very little in pearls, which I love (which is why the 4 stars).
Over all I really like Harry Ritchie's.

I was on vacation in Lewiston and decided to have two rings cleaned. One of the rings had been purchased there. During the cleaning process, one of the stones fell out. Harry Ritchie had it repaired at their cost and even shipped it to me. It arrived safely a few days ago, looking more brilliant than before. Thanks for your excellent customer service!

I took my ring in to be sized. I liked that I was able to communicate via text with updates on the progress. When I got my ring back, the fit was PERFECT and it was sparkling again as they did a thorough cleaning and inspection. Top notch service!!

charged$350 to repair the clasp, I thought that was a lot, but I'm not a jeweler, and I could not risk losing my braclet. The problem now is that I can't get the clasp to unhook. I have broken my nail, trying to take the braclet off.

Very polite and thorough with my wife’s wedding ring when sending to get sized. And the warranty is worth it free sizing, free diamond replacement, free repairs, full price when upgrading, and all you have to do is get a free cleaning from them every 6 months. And they keep track of the cleanings no matter which store you get it cleaned at. Also she had it sized the first time just recently and we have had the ring for 8 years so they keep up their end of the bargain.

We had so much fun. ( My husband and I) looking and trying on beautiful things. Everyone in Harry Ritchie's was so kind and patient with me. I appreciated that. She asked if she could clean my rings and of course I said yes. She found a loose prong on both of them so I am in process of a estimate.
