I had the pleasure of working with Lou S. for my appliance package during our kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be happier! Lou at Hansen's is fantastic! He helped me with a new commercial coin-operated washer within just a couple hours! Home Depot unsuccessfully drew out over more than a week, resulting in me cancelling that order! At Hansen's, PRICES ARE LOWER! SERVICE IS PERSONAL! I would highly recommend using Hansen's for all your appliances! BEAUTIFUL showroom! Be sure to ask for Lou!!!

I spent two weeks researching what I wanted. Chose Hansen's as the place to purchase it from, even though the prices for delivery and accessories werent available online. Saw the hours online posted as Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm. Inconvenient since most people work during those weekday hours, but not a problem. So I make the trip here at 10am on Saturday. The open sign is lit up but all the doors are locked. When I got someone on the phone they said they aren't open on Saturdays right now because kids went back to college.

Don't waste your time trying to come here because their online hours don't reflect when they're actually open.

I desperately needed a new washer and didn't go back to previous big chain stores. I called Hanson's because I was unable to drive. I explained what I needed over the phone. An old school washer with an agitator. They delivered the next day. Took away my computer generated washer. The technician came out installed and left. That night I had a problem and 9:15 the next morning the tech guy came out. I said one sentence of what was wrong and he immediately knew what was needed and had a replacement part in the truck. Fixed in 10 minutes. This washer is everything I needed for a clean wash. Doesn't weigh the load, and has 3 water levels. I couldn't be happier with their service and machine. Kudos to the tech for remembering he had been here many years ago to fix my dryer I believe. Very wonderful experience dealing with a home town appliance store. I highly recommend Hanson's for all appliances. Especially their warranty and immediate attention. Thanks for a pleasant experience buying an appliance.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The first fridge we bought made all my food go bad, the second one the ice maker keeps freezing up and their “fix” didn’t work but now that I have tried to get them to re-fix it they keep hanging up on me and giving me the run around.

Worst customer service ever and worst fridges and appliances.

Stopped into one of Hansen’s used appliance stores, They had a scratch and dent stainless stove that didn’t have any noticeable damage . Exactly what I was looking for . They saved me $150 off what it cost online . Trust me I googled the model. They helped me load it right in my car and sent me to another location for a new 220 electric chord because they were out of that style. I got to the other location expecting to pay $25 for the chord. The guys had already called over and told them to just give it for free. I was blown away and very happy to Leave this review . I installed the stove and it works great. No damage at all!!
