Great experience. Chris (owner) came out for the estimate and saved us a lot of money by recommending a reasonably priced solution for our mismatched tile lower level floors. Omar (installer/foreman) was exceptionally polite and skilled - left the work area tidy and asked questions to ensure everything was done right. Pricing is competitive. Plan to use for our stairs and hardwood floor installation and will update review after those projects.

We had an amazing experience working with Hana Hardwood - Chris the owner has been working in the industry for a long time and you can really see his expertise shine when surveying the house. He provided helpful suggestions when deciding on the material (esp from a cost + durability perspective), and we were able to check out multiple samples and view them in our home so we could see how it looked in different rooms/lighting. Once we had finalized the project, it was a quick turnaround to start the work.

The crew that helped install the flooring was stellar as well - they arrived early every day and were extremely professional/efficient at installing. They were extremely communicative throughout the project, and were able to finish the entire job before we moved in. Can't say enough positive things about the team at Hana and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Hana Hardwood, Inc. is the best! Our floors were disasters due to years of heavy foot, bike and dog traffic in the house. Chris, and his team, rescued our floors by installing a water resistant, durable laminate throughout the house that gave my old abode a much needed facelift. His crew works incredibly hard and efficiently. They are problem solvers who can handle tough flooring situations seamlessly. Everyone from the owner, Chris, Stephanie in the showroom, and Martin, who handled the installation, were absolute joys to work with. They confirmed a 10am appointment and then never showed up. See photo. Typical contractor. This is why I refuse to take precious time off work to meet with contractors. The least they could do is text or call to cancel. Ghosting is unacceptable. Avoid Hana Hardwood Flooring like the plague.
