Josh took great care of us! We redid all the floors in our house and gave us high quality carpet and flooring for less than we were quoted for builder grade flooring at other places. They had great selection, quick and accurate lead time estimates, and the install team was top notch. They treated for odors with stuff that actually works, and made our home feel new! Between Josh’s expert consultation and communication from both him and the install team, we felt accommodated and informed throughout the process. We would highly recommend this team!

I called in earlier this week to see if they carried a product we want to use in our bathrooms called micro cement. I talked to a female salesman who did not know what product I was referring to (which is fine). she suggested porcelain tile to me. I explained that microcement is supposed to be more durable than tile and prone to less damage. She got very rude and snippy asking "why would you need something that durable in your shower?" Our porcelain tile is as durable as you need. " I explained again that it is the aesthetic we are going for, and my research suggested otherwise. She then laughed, and I had enough of that phone conversation. my husband was also taken aback by that conversation. The whole interaction was very bizarre, considering she did not even know what the product I was looking for was. We had worked with a male salesman a few months ago (he was very helpful) and had flooring and tile picked out for our 2 new house builds. That whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. We will be purchasing for our house builds elsewhere.

We always use Great Floor for our flooring need! One of the last times my husband tanner was in there ordering floor for a job he was helped by Josh Martinez. Josh has outstanding customer service and answers all your questions about when and where you can pick up your floors. Great Floors, with the assistance of Habitat for Humanity, installed my vinyl wood floors in my kitchen, living room and bathroom. I had submitted an application with Habitat for Humanity in January 2024. I'm 77 years old and handicapped. I had old, wrinkled carpeting with holes from cat scratches, vinyl kitchen floors with holes and a bathroom with cigarette burns on the floors that all needed replaced so I could be safe walking on flat floors. I have a left prosthetic foot and a brace on the right foot. I am a severe fall risk. Great Floors wanted to donate vinyl flooring and labor to someone in our community and I was chosen that lucky person. Without Great Floors great donation my floors would never have been replaced, so finally in November 2024, after much planning, they installed my vinyl wood floors. They look exceptional. I have beautiful, flat floors that make it easier while walking on for this older, handicapped lady. I want to express my gratitude to Great Floors for their gift of flooring and labor to this lady. Their thoughtfulness to want to give to some lucky person in their community is greatly appreciated. Thank you Great Floors for such an exceptional gift!! Cyndie Campbell

I've had the most incredible experience with Josh Martinez at the Great Floors on Gov't Way in CDA. Over the course of the last 4 months, Josh helped me pick out flooring, tile, and carpet. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and reliable. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. Everything that he helped me pick out looks really good. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Josh and Great Floors. I will be a life-time customer.

Can't help but think the great reviews are paid. Josh Martinez wasted our time over and over again, sometimes taking weeks to reply. In the end it worked out great because we found out Great Floors is twice as high as others. We're now done with our tile, floors counters and more for over half of what they quoted. Not to mention we beat their timeliness by a month.
