I’m not going to use any names for this review. We went to see them for a bath remodel. Our budget is in the 40 k range so it a pretty nice project. There first stab from a design stand point was pretty much right on but over budget. We started shopping around tryin to trim the budget. Which we were able to do. We so much appreciated the work that Gerhard’s had done we wanted to place and order with them for what was going to still be a significant portion of our budget. When our order ended up not being as large as they had hoped suddenly everything we wanted was back ordered. Which was not true as we found what we wanted from other suppliers . It a great store for ideas and product displays. But that’s as far as I would ever go with them.

We wanted to remodel our bathroom and our son in law said to go see Jessica at Gerhard’s which is in First Supply in So. St. Paul. Jessica was the best, she spent quite a bit of time with us. She made absolute sure we got the right colors, the style of vanity, cabinets, tub, and fixtures. She kept us informed about delivering dates to the warehouse and delivery to our home. Everything was delivered and put in our garage on the date and time promised. Jessica was the best and we couldn’t have done the project without her. Thanks to Gerhard’s and First Supply for their wonderful help.

We'd been planning to remodel our bathroom this winter and had no idea where to begin. A friend suggested Gerhard's. We decided to stop in to get some ideas. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was a great experience! We will definitely be returning once we're ready to begin our bathroom remodel.

It has been 5 weeks since we met with the kitchen designer. She stated we would have our estimate in 3 to 4 weeks. We called the manager a week ago... she stated we should have seen an estimate within two weeks of our original design meeting. We are now at the 5 1/2 week mark and counting...still no estimate. Losing faith in Gerhard's very quickly. (Mtka. store)

I don't think I've ever felt so ignored in a place before. It seems like the sales agents were busy (totally reasonable for a Sunday) but they didn't even acknowledge us to say anything like "hey, we are a bit busy - feel free to look around or make an appointment" (Also, if appointments are recommended maybe have some signage)

Will be ignoring this place in the future to return the favor.

Michelle Jensen, my contact person from Gerhard is very easy and pleasant to work with. We received excellent customer service from Amy C. She went above and beyond helping us narrow down the product we wanted and then finding it in stock so it could be delivered on time for our project. She was patient and knowledgable. I highly recommend them this store.

DO NOT BUY NEW PORT BRASS .. this product is a complete Headache for all. Lack of installation instructions! Some products require cleaning multiple times a day or spending money in seal coating like products to keep it from tarnishing. The tub spouts required threaded pipe for spout and does not say this In the manual. Hard to cut out the copper spout rip open back wall customer service even admitted the install manual was not that good. AVOID!!
