Had flooring done in our new home January 2023. The measurements were done quickly and scheduling was easy! Moving and remodeling can be a pain in the ass but Georgia Carpetworks made this part an absolute dream. Tom helped us pick out the perfect hardwood AND carpet. Installers were incredibly kind and did an amazing job. Nearly 2 years later and the flooring is still perfect even with two dogs and two kiddos! Would recommend them 100x over again! I added our before and afters just to show how amazing our floors look!

I had purchased Vinyl flooring for my house I had just purchased. The process was fun and very easy and fast. It was beautiful and I was happy. The Sales person at the time okayed for the installer to put over low profile carpet. Over time the floor started separating and popping up in places creating tripping hazards. It started to look horrible. I called Georgia Carpet works and spoke to Tom. He informed me that NO, the Sales person at the time should never have okayed to be installed over carpet. I asked if it could just be fixed. He told me he wanted to make it right and be done correctly by re-doing the entire flooring which meant to rip out the carpet as well. That was not what I was expecting at all!!! The new floor was installed today and it looks absolutely beautiful! I am so thankful and happy that they were willing to redo it! I will be using them for all my flooring needs and will be recommending them to all! Awesome Customer Service!!!! Thank you Georgia Carpet Works!!

Due to a family situation, we had to get flooring done in one of our rentals very quickly. Tom came the next day and had an estimate to us by the end of the day. Quick decisions were made and flooring and carpet were ordered right away. The crew that showed up ( we think it was a husband, wife and their 20 something year old son) were amazing. They got there at 8:15 in the morning and got straight to work. When my husband and I went in to check about 5:30 that evening, The first words out of both of our mouths were "wow!" They got everything but one room done. They installed lvp, carpet and wood trim. We were so impressed. They were hard working, considerate and did a great job. We will definitely use them again when needed.

Bought and had new flooring installed. Areas of floor were uneven and lumpy when walking on them after install. Previous floor was perfectly flat and fine, this was due to installers not removing old floor correctly before putting new floor down. Called several times. No response. One lumpy spot in a main area finally cracked due to old floor removable not done right by installers. They finally came to look after two more calls after the literal cracking. I had paid them to move my dishwasher and dryer for install. When the dishwasher was pulled to repair the flooring done wrong, they had never even put new floor down under it, even though they charged me to move it and put it back and didn’t level it when they put it back, which flooded my new floor. When they pulled my dryer out they did not detach the dryer vent and ripped it apart, and I had to go buy a new one. They did send somebody to redo the floor in the areas done wrong. They did confirm it was not laid right. The person redoing the floor just reused the same flooring that cracked and put it back down after fixing the flooring underneath that they didn’t do right the first time.

I wanted to warn people about buying flooring from Georgia Carpetworks. We went with them 4 years ago because they told us their flooring had a lifetime warranty and it didn't matter if it was in a rental or not. It was supposed to flex over existing flooring. I submitted a claim with them back in June because we had it fail in 2 of our units and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks before we'd hear anything. I got a call today from the manufacturer and they told us we must have installed it wrong and that the floor underneath had to be within 1/8 over a 6 foot span so we were basically out of luck. When i wenr back and talked to Georgia Carpetworks about it, they washed their hands of it because it was a "new owner now" and they don't stock that flooring anymore. We had just purchased more flooring from them in July and want to return it (still in the boxes) but were told that we'd have to pay the shipping and restocking fee because they no longer carry that flooring either. Not a great way to do business. And we may not do as much business as Lewis Clark Properties (they kept mentioning how they loved the flooring and never had an issue) but we've given them over 10k in sales over the years.

These guys are awesome. Not only did they help us pick out carpet for our soon to be home, but also did their best to let us know what the differences are between different kinds of carpet. They're friendly and easy to work with, no matter the situation. Highly recommend and hope they keep up the good work.
