The people that work here are top notch. My boiler recently died and I worked with a contractor friend to get everything I needed through Webb. From sales to the warehouse to the rest of the people in the front office, they were all extremely patient and exceptional to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. I had them do a heat loss assessment and size for a new forced hot air furnance. Their wasn't a single aspect they got right. They seized my vent wrong, furnance was seized way to small. They sold my installer the worst brand furnance you could possibly buy. We called to complain about the issue they said they fired the guy that messed it up. And said they would fix the problems. All they did was come back say they messed it up and left me holding the the bill for a furnance install that has never worked right plus a cold home with little kids. I've had the brand new furnace emergency repaired more then 10 times in 4 years. Cost more in repairs then to buy a new furnance. What a joke. But hey they got their money

As one of the larger contractors in the state we will no longer use FW Webb for ourvplumbing and heating needs. They litterally told me to leave today when i went in for plumbing supplies. Yet, there door was open and they were conducting business with other guys. I understand covid 19 thing but you are listed essential business. You are making a huge mistake with us thats for sure. I bet my company spends 500k a year with your company direct and indirectly. In fact recently 20k. We are taking it elsewhere.
